Role Overview:

As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks in accordance with BS7858 and BPSS standards. You will ensure that all personnel undergoing vetting meet the required security criteria, ensuring the safety and integrity of the organisation and our clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform background checks including employment history, criminal record checks, credit checks, and identity verification.
• Ensure all vetting processes comply with BS7858 and BPSS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all vetting activities and ensure confidentiality using the bespoke Deploi system
• Liaise with applicants, previous employers, and relevant agencies to gather required information via email, phone, and other communication mediums required
