We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive (CSE) to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting and retaining our customers. This is an ideal role for someone early in their customer success career who already has some hands-on experience and is keen to deepen their understanding of AI and SaaS services.
You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they get value from our platform and services, while also collaborating day-to-day with our compliance team to understand regulatory requirements, common issues, and customer concerns. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and compliance.
